I’m an architecture student with a hands-on background in construction and a genuine passion for how people live in their spaces, especially small and rented ones.
I earned a technical degree as a Master Builder (Maestro Mayor de Obra) from a technical secondary school, where I learned the practical, structural side of how buildings actually come together. I’m now continuing my studies in Architecture at Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires, focusing on design and the ideas that make a space work for the people in it.
In 2025, I won Argentina’s National ETP Architecture Olympiad, a competition I’m proud of because it reflects the way I approach design: practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world problem-solving.
I started Rental Refresh to share what I’ve learned about making rented and small spaces feel like home, without permanent changes or losing your deposit. Every tip here comes from a mix of design training and a practical builder’s mindset: what actually works, what’s reversible, and what makes the biggest difference for the least effort.
When I’m not studying or writing, I’m usually thinking about how a small change can completely transform how a room feels, which is exactly what I hope this blog helps you do.
